Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail will have delivery confirmation number. A delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. This number will only confirm that your package was delivered and received. If you would like to track your order please choose FedEx. Federal Express / Federal Express Ground (FedEx) (U.S. Addresses Only) FedEx / FedEx Ground picks up and delivers packages from Monday thru Friday, except for holidays. If you choose FedEx Ground, your order could take up to 5 business day to arrive depending on your location. You can track your item at www.fedex.com Freight Service Large orders or products may require freight service. We will choose the most economical freight service carrier to ship. Shipping cost will vary according to weight, size and distance. You will receive a call regarding delivery information before order is shipped out. Please note that certain freight services are prohibited in residential areas. Return Policy All items being return regardless new or defective must have a return authorization number (RA). Please contact sales@hydrogardendelight.com or call 510 903-1808 to obtain one. No returns will be accepted with a RA number. We offer a 30 day return on all undamaged and unused products with intact packing material and instructions. There will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returned merchandise.
